Course overview

The Technical Sales Negotiator programme prepares professionals capable of growing a company's revenue by offering technical and commercial solutions tailored to customer needs.

The Technical Sales Negotiator works across the entire sales cycle: from prospecting to customer loyalty, including negotiation and closing sales, in an increasingly digital environment.

Block 1 – Design and implement a prospecting strategy

  • Analyse the market and performance

Block 2 – Negotiate a technical and commercial solution and strengthen the customer experience

  • Design a technical and commercial offer
  • Conduct a sales meeting
  • Argue and handle objections
  • Negotiate and close the sale
  • Ensure customer follow-up and loyalty
  • Analyse results and steer activity.

Training arrangements

  • Apprenticeship (12 months) — Rhythm: 3 weeks in company / 1 week at the training centre
  • Continuing education (5 months) — Intensive programme with a mandatory 6-week placement in a company

Prerequisites

  • Level 4 recommended (Bac or equivalent)
  • Interest in commerce and customer relations
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Basic proficiency with digital tools
